Sebastian Hausmann, Tamara Kämpfer, Maria Laschinger und Tom Swift: Vier Stimmen, eine Botschaft: Peace, Love and Empathy!

Entstanden im Oktober 2022 – aus Ohnmacht und Hoffnung zugleich - und aus Liebe zur Musik.

Ohnmacht angesichts von Kriegen und Hass, die unsere Welt erschüttern. Hoffnung, weil sie an die verbindende Kraft von Musik, Kunst und Poesie glauben.

October singen gegen Spaltung und Narzissmus, für Zusammenhalt und Liebe. Sie verbinden Mut zum Pathos mit feinen Alltagsgeschichten – leise, laut, zärtlich, roh.

Manchmal klingen sie wie ein Chor, der direkt aus Woodstock herüberhallt, dann überraschen sie mit Grosstatdtblues und rockiger Röhre.

Aus ihren unterschiedlichen musikalischen Wurzeln entsteht eine Kraft die uns alle verbindet –

Peace, Love and Empathy.

Peace, Love and Empathy!

The band was formed in october 2022 – out of a profound feeling of despair and hope - and a love of harmony singing.

Despair in the face of all these wars and all this hate that is engulfing our world. 

Hope because they still believe in the power for peace in music, art and poetry.

October sing against the divide in our societies and the rampant narcissism and for solidarity and respect for our fellow human beings.

They combine the mundane with the grandiose, quiet, emotional, raw and in your face.

Sometimes they sound like a harmony group straight of woodstock, other times they surprise with rock’n’roll vocals with a vengeance.

Out of their diverse musical roots comes a force and a conviction we all can connect to - 

Peace, Love and Empathy.
